Mandy serves as the firm's Governmental Affairs Director: overseeing the firm's lobbying and governmental affairs efforts, and manages the Tallahassee office.
Most recently, Mandy served as Director of Legislative Affairs for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, where she was responsible for developing and carrying out the Agency's legislative agenda and strategy. She was instrumental in securing passage of a number of seminal pieces of health care legislation, including Medicaid Reform, CON Reform and The Affordable Health Care Act. Mandy also worked to ensure inclusion of key budgetary initiatives within the appropriations process for a Medicaid budget of more than $14 billion in 2005.
Mandy's experience in and around state government also includes serving as a Policy Analyst in Governor Jeb Bush's Office of Legislative Affairs. There, along with lobbying, she served as the legislative contact for seven of the thirteen executive agencies, and made recommendations on bills awaiting Governor Bush's action. In 2002, Mandy served as Deputy Political Director for the Bush-Brogan campaign, and served as a Leon County Co-Chair for the Florida Bush-Cheney '04 Campaign.
She and her husband reside in Tallahassee.

Mandy Fletcher joined the firm in April 2005 to oversee public affairs and political operations and manages the Miami office. .
Most recently, Mandy served as Florida's Political Director for the Bush-Cheney 2004 campaign, managing the largest ever grassroots campaign in Florida's history. She also served on the 55th Presidential Inaugural Committee 2005 as liaison to Presidential Appointees.
Mandy's public affairs and political career began when she moved to Florida from North Carolina in 1998 with The St. Joe Company. First, in Panama City, she helped establish the Northwest Florida headquarters and open development, construction and sales offices throughout the region.
Over the next few years, she served as Public Affairs Assistant in the company's Jacksonville headquarters. In 2002 Mandy joined the Bush-Brogan campaign as Northeast Florida Field Director. She has also served in the Florida House Speaker's office and assisted on a variety of local, state and federal campaigns.
Mandy resides in Miami where she also serves on the Arroz Con Mango board for the League Against Cancer.
